Modernica Lofts A2s

The oldest of the buildings in the Modernica Loft complex is just over 100 years old and features brick walls and wood floor, beams and columns. It is one of the first loft conversions in downtown, dating back over 25 years.  The current owner, who owns the Modernica Furniture Company on the site, has been operating these live-work lofts for more than a decade. There are a variety of tenants in the building, including a professional photographer, a garment company, and a family of three.  Within walking distance (a few blocks) are several restaurants, Villain's Night Club, and a small well-stocked grocery store.
